Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. With three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Previous roles have solidified my desire to positively impact lives through compassionate care. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I provide respite care, transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I speak both English and Chinese. I have some college education, a car, and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I hope to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
