Roseann came in to assist my father who is visually impaired. She supported him by checking his vitals, picking up packages, helping him walk, organizing the kitchen, and even cooked for him). Roseann is knowledgeable about the types of devices that support seniors, and, most importantly for me, kept me updated about my father via phone and text, since I live at a distance. I cannot recommend her enough.
