Rosa is a very nice and reliable young woman. When it comes to housekeeping, my husband and I have high expectations. She was not able to provide a very thorough cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Apart from the floors in the house, the bath, shower and the sinks looked like nothing had been done. The shower doors were not clean at all and the shower floor was not clean either. When asked, she simply said the mold wouldn't come off and suggested that I spray bleach and let it sit... The rugs were not clean properly either. Overall, it was really disappointing. I don't think she's used to clean houses. It was not a professional cleaning. I'm sorry to share all this because she's a nice lady but she is not qualified to clean houses.
