Rosaura helped me with wound care after I had to have an emergency surgery. I had an abscess removed from my tail bone and had to have surgical packing changed daily for almost three months. Rosaura had never used foam medical packing prior to this and was comfortable learning how to pack and clean the wound. We went through a very long and strenuous recovery and had Rosaura come to my house about 3-5 times a week in the morning before her other jobs. She was very dependable and was reliable for the schedule we held and agreed upon. Sometimes on the weekend she runs a little bit late but is always in communication with me. I am a professional and had to deal with a lot of changes at this time. It was really great to have Rosaura to count on.
