About Rosa

Hi! My name is Rosa. I'm an elementary school teacher (11 yrs). I live with my husband, my 16 yr old son, and our 2 dogs (I'll love your pets!). I hold a BS in Elementary Education and Curriculum and Instruction and come from a family of educators. I'm comfortable with all ages, especially love caring for infants, and have experience with ASD. When our son was young it was difficult trying to find a trusted person to help our family. For this reason I really enjoy being a helping hand to busy moms and dads. During school my availability is limited to evenings and weekends but in the summer my availability is open. When spending time with kiddos we enjoy outdoor activities like swimming, going on walks, or trips to the park. I also enjoy reading books, arts and crafts, puzzles, board/card games and trips to the library. I can ensure supervision of your child's screen/game time if needed.
