About Rosa

Rosa has been our absolute favorite child care provider that our 2 year old boy has had. She is reliable and prompt. She has always been flexible with our changing schedule. As a mom, I value someone who is intuitive and able to read my son and how he is feeling (since he can't use words to say much). She excels at this. She needs no directions or instruction on anything. Everything comes natural from meal making, playing, activities, nap time routines, redirecting tantrums, etc. Rosa is hands on; always down at my son's level, always engaged from the moment she walks in the door to the moment she leaves. I was worried about how my son was going to react to someone new, as he is on a major "mommy only" kick. With some of our past childcare providers, he would cry when I had to go back into my home office to work. This has not been the case with Rosa. It only took 15 minutes for him to warm up to her and she has been his best friend since. I was amazed- definitely not how I saw the first few days going! She has a presence about her that makes my son feel safe and welcomed. I would highly recommend her and cannot say enough good things.
