Rosa cares for our 11 year old son with Down syndrome. He has had many caregivers over the years, including professional nurses, and Rosa is the person I am most comfortable leaving him with. She is flexible, quickly returns texts about scheduling, and always shows up right on time. She was not intimidated by my son's needs - he is tube fed, needs help toileting, and has limited verbal ability. Instead she treats him with respect and engages with him so successfully that he eagerly looks forward to her visits. However, she is also firm enough to guide him through his "less preferred" tasks, like going to bed. We have cameras in our home and have never witnessed any problems with Rosa. She is always doing exactly what we've asked. Moreover she is so calm and responsible that I trust that she will ably handle any emergency that might come up. As an extra bonus she has voluntarily done some extra tasks like wash dishes or start laundry. She's the best!
