Rosa is a phenomenal caregiver. She was our infant daughter's nanny between 7 and 10 months of age (until we had to transition her to daycare which starts in the fall). Our child adores and trusts her. Rosa facilitated baby-led weaning and made amazing progress such that our baby who was previously very dependent on breastfeeding is now eating a lot of healthy solid meals. Rosa takes her to the parks and libraries, reads books and sings songs. Our daughter has thrived under her care. In addition, Rosa works so hard and is never idle: she lends a hand around the house when baby is napping. All in all she made my return-to-work transition very easy, and we're so grateful for all she's done for us. Any family would be lucky to have Rosa as their nanny!
