I have over 10 year of experience in the care work field. I can help with Transportation Services and Meal Preparation, light to thorough house cleaning and organization and nutritional support. I am a certified personal care assistant through The US Career Institute, and I am also a certified herbalist. I enjoy working with more natural remedies to support and encourage gentle healing and deep nourishment which can lead to a more balanced way of life, and I use my love and interest in arts and crafts as a way to engage my clients and connect them to, or rekindle their interests and hobbies that has them excited for life. I have experience working with those that have chronicle illness, Alzheimer's and dementia. I can help to facilitate end of life care and life matters, including navigating Medicare, home health services, implementing a care team, and providing meaningful companionship.
