Hello families! My name is Rosie and I have been working with children of all ages professionally for over 10 years. A little background on myself: I have a nursing education/background graduating from NCP College of Nursing (Now Unitek). It was during my clinical rotation at Oakland's Children's Hospital that I decided I wanted to work with children. I typically stay with families a minimum of 2 years (My last family was 3 years. Prior to them it was 5 years) I become part of the family while maintaining a line of professionalism. It is my responsibility to make sure your babies are safe, happy, and loved. My rule is "Don't hesitate to delegate!" I'm here to assist your family so that things run as smooth and efficiently as possible. I'm responsible, nurturing, creative, and fun! I send updates throughout the day w/ pics. I love taking kids out to play and experience the world/nature. I hope to find another family to begin a new chapter with asap as my current will be ending. For two wonderful years, she expertly cared for our twins (now 5), consistently going above and beyond by diligently scheduling daily outings, participating in their preschool co-op, and arranging playdates, all while becoming a cherished member of our family. Rosie provided invaluable support and patience when our daughter was diagnosed with Autism, helping our entire family navigate that challenging time. Rosie is reliably punctual, consistently positive, and an excellent communicator, and any family would be incredibly fortunate to welcome her into their home.
