My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented, always prioritizing open communication with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, following your preferred method. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I'm also experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications.
