As a childcare provider, I am a passionate and dedicated person, always willing to create a safe and stimulating environment for the development of children. I have a great ability to empathize with them, which allows me to understand their needs and emotions. I am patient, responsible, and have conflict resolution skills, ensuring that children feel valued and respected at all times. In addition, I stay in constant communication with parents to ensure that their expectations and concerns are met. I do not drive because since I arrived in this country I have dedicated myself to caring for my grandchildren as well as my mother with Alzheimer's, who passed away on 9/28/2024 and I would like to be useful to my family and be able to help them with my honest work.
