I met Rosa .  I can't vouch if she is dependable since I only met her once .From our conversation I learned  her price for cleaning is NOT  15 an hour as shown  . She told me the house would take approximately 6 hours( when it normally takes 4-5 hours )  and it would cost me  150 dollars !!! That comes out to 25 dollars an hour .  Aside from that  price being very steep  , her information needs to be updated

We worked with Rosa for over a year. She came to our home 3 days per week (14 hrs). Our 4 children (ages infant to 5 years) got to know her and we were very good about always ensuring to pay Rosa well and on time, recommend her to other families, and treat her well. She was very helpful in assisting with laundry, keeping our house tidy, making beds, vacuuming, and general home maintenance. She was less skilled at organization as I frequently had to move things that she had put away to their proper locations.

With no notice whatsoever, Rosa quit. We think it might be because she is growing her business, but as a loyal family for thirteen months during a pandemic, we are appalled at the lack of loyalty and communication. We take bringing people into our home extremely seriously and we treat them like family. If you are willing to take a risk and hire someone who will bail on you without notice after over a year of working together to pursue other families, Rosa might be a good choice.

Rosa is great....book without hesitation.

I would strongly recommend Rosa for her professionalism and expert skills! She more than met my expectations.

Rosa has cleaned for us twice and we hired her to come once a week from now on. She does a great job and was able to meet our budget requirements too. We are SO happy! Thank you Rosa!!
