I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I have 3 years of experience caring for children of various ages. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I always put the safety and well-being of children first. I'm also trained in First Aid and CPR. It's been several years ago that I did training. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. I'm also flexible with my communication methods and am happy to adapt to the parents' preferred way of staying informed. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always follow the parents' lead. I believe that consistency and structure are important for children, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I am willing to do cleaning jobs as well. I have done that as well.
