The first senior I worked with was named Ms. Prebble back in 2017. She loved Elvis impersonators, Dennys, and going to the Rec center. It started as a favor for a church friend of mine and turned into a wonderful experience and a new outlook on life. Depending on the days a companion is needed, I may have to bring my toddler. I can do general home upkeep, meal prep, and simple medication administration. I am not a nurse, just a competent adult who happens to have a soft spot for the elders of our community. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, watch movies, play board games, complete puzzles, and other miscellaneous crafting.
