My passion lies in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. For the past three years, I've been privileged to provide compassionate care, assisting with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I always follow the family's preferred communication method regarding their loved one's well-being. I have some graduate school experience. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with your loved one. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
