For the past 25 years, I've been helping students unlock their potential through personalized tutoring. I am a certified teacher with a graduate degree. My approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is key, and I provide regular updates to parents to create a supportive learning environment at home. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student truly understands a concept. I'm comfortable working with elementary, middle, high school, and adult learners in science. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, a library, or a coffee shop.
