Ros lovingly cared for our son from the time he was 3 months old through 18th months, when we decided to enroll him in daycare. Ros is an amazing caregiver and a wonderful person. Every day we went to work knowing that our baby was loved and cared for to the highest degree. Ros is punctual, has excellent communication skills, is patient, attentive, and fun. We never for a moment worried about our child's safety. It was wonderful to have a caregiver in our home who was so loving and who our child loved so deeply and who also was so very communicative with us about the day and caregiving in general - with ideas for activities and things that would be of interest to our child. I can't recommend Ros highly enough and would happily provide a reference or more information about our family's experience.
