Rosa has been employed by me for 6 years; our relationship started in April, 2007 with the birth of my second child and has continued to the present with Rosa caring for my 3 children ages 7, 6 and 2. Rosa is considered a member of our family; and my children often include her image in family drawings and also write letters & make cards for her. I find Rosa to be loving, caring, hard-working, dependable, trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful and tidy. Most important to me, she has always been like a second mother to my children; and I feel she cares for them as if they were her own. I trust her with my children & have no concerns at all with the care she has provided to them. I wish Rosa could stay and work with our family for 6 more years; and we will all be sad to have her leave us. But with my youngest child entering school soon our needs for a full-time nanny have diminished.
