I hired Rosalinda as my part time mothers helper - I have 6 month old twin girls. From the moment we did a video interview, I felt ease with her - she was easy to talk to, was attentive as I explained the job tasks and asked follow up questions. When we met for an in person interview she was so caring and animated with the girls. Rose is fantastic! She respects and follows my parenting techniques for the girls and I also appreciate that she offers suggestions in what may help if the girls are fussy (ex: teething) - as a new parent this is much welcomed! Rose helps me clean, run errands, and cooks. I also love that she is bilingual! I highly recommend her!
