I'd describe myelf as kind, honest, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, a fast learner, empathetic, level-headed, emotionally intelligent, resilient, caring, & compassionate. I am a mother (ages 8-20). I like working with kids because the childhood years are a critical period in a child's development. Working with children & families allows me to pour into our youth in healthy meaningful ways alongside their family so that they feel capable, loved, seen, encouraged & have a strong foundation to build on the rest of their lives. I'm looking for a job doing something I love. In 2015 I began working as an after-school teacher & eventually became the Director for the after-school & summer camp programs. I hope to one day have a preschool. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time w/ family, take part in creative experiences & take walks. I try to live a life of integrity, I value others' trust in me, I am honest & love learning. My skills include patience, kindness & creativity.
