Hi there! I am the owner. I am a health coach, personal trainer, personal chef, and residential and commercial cleaner. I am passionate about health and wellness and believe it doesn't stop at just food and exercise. It's our environment, relationship, careers, and everything else that we do. Having a clean space brings calmness to our minds, bodies, and souls. I have many years of cleaning experience and am thorough and fast. Leaving your home a beautiful space to relax in. I try to use mostly fragrant-free and natural products. I'd describe my personality as bright, kind, and down-to-earth. I started housekeeping when I was a teenager. I cleaned the church once a week and cleaned at a lodge/resort. One thing you should know about me is I care about you, your space, your time and energy.
