Rosalie is a very unprofessional care giver. Everything was going fine and she up and left us with our 2 year with no notice. Just left us high and dry. She didn't even communicate she had an issue until she left. She said she can't work with a family who doesn't trust her. She was instructed to let us know if there were any change in her plans with bringing our child home from the library. She took our son to the park without notifying us. So when she didn't come back we contacted her. That was it. The issue she cited was bogus because I think she wanted to a full time position and a higher pay now that I see her new rate. Well she shouldn't have committed to the position. She demonstrated unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior. Hire at your own risk.
