About Rosaleen

We hired Rosaleen in December 2023 only part time as she was working as a substitute teacher. My dear friend now 85 needed help with her 2 dogs, light housekeeping, meal prep. We eventually gave Rosaleen a full time schedule but unfortunately after 2yrs Rosaleen has never developed a personal relationship with the dogs. She could feed them but not administer medication, ear drops or eye drops. My dear friend has early stages of dementia and sadly Rosaleen would get frustrated with her many times. Not understanding that she might say one thing one day and then totally changing her mind the next. I explained to Rosaleen my friend had a 3 hrs apt with a neurologist and was diagnosed and Rosaleen said she didn't believe it. It was very disheartening! My friend has had some complaints and when we confronted Rosaleen today she said they were lies and wanted to confront my 85 yrs old friend. We had to fire her. That's unacceptable!!!!
