As a former Platoon Sergeant at a military school, I was fully responsible for over 40 cadets daily--managing everything from schoolwork and schedules to meals and nighttime routines. That experience built my ability to stay organized, handle responsibility, and create a structured, supportive environment where kids can thrive. I have hands-on experience working with children with autism, where I've learned the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding individual needs. I also have experience caring for twins, so I'm comfortable balancing multiple children at once while giving each the attention and care they deserve.
