About Rosa

Hi families! My name is Rosa, and I'm a career nanny with over seven years of professional childcare experience. I spent two years working as a Montessori teacher, which deeply shaped my approach to childcare and is a philosophy I truly believe in. I've since been a full-time nanny for five years. I specialize in infant and toddler care but also have experience with children up to 13 years old. I focus on creating a calm, prepared, and nurturing environment that supports independence, confidence, and curiosity. I love incorporating practical life skills, nature-based play, arts and crafts, reading, and hands-on learning into our days. I'm passionate about supporting children's emotional and developmental growth with patience, consistency, and care. I'm currently earning my Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology and am looking for my next full-time family.
