As a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience, I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of learning about a care recipient's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, while incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, while following their preferred method. I have some college education. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I speak English and Spanish.
