For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My journey began with a deep-seated desire to positively impact lives, which was reinforced through fulfilling experiences in prior care roles. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or behavioral changes with grace. I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I respect each care recipient's independence. I provide respite care, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text or phone call updates, and by following their preferred communication method. I have a high school degree, CPR training, and First Aid. I speak English and Spanish. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
