My three year old looks forward all week to the day she spends with Rosa. My husband and I feel similarly - it’s a huge stroke of luck to find such an engaged and dedicated caretaker. Rosa is fully present with our daughter during the time they spend together, she is playful but sets excellent boundaries, is gentle but firm, and extremely respectful of parents’ wishes. She quickly absorbed our approach to parenting and adapted seamlessly. She is easygoing and extremely reliable - the doorbell always rings around minute 57 - a few minutes before we scheduled her to arrive. I have had caregivers in the past that were great with kids but so flakey it made it hard to plan for the adults - Rosa truly is the whole package. Our daughter is in pre-school full time, but if we needed a full time nanny we would hire Rosa in a heartbeat. A true gem.
