About Rosa

If I could give Rosa more stars I would. I am eternally grateful for Rosa's help with my mom's care. From the very beginning Rosa was professional, punctual and you could tell how much she cared for people. My mom was a very independent woman, and when the time came and we needed care, it was important that we found someone to assist her in a respectful and caring way. Rosa was extremely patient, very doting, and quickly learned my mom's nuances. She learned what she liked and didn't like, and she always had her looking presentable, even doing her nails which made my mom happy. As my mom's health worsened, we had Rosa around the clock along with a second caregiver who Rosa recommended and was also amazing. They both worked well together coordinating the care between them. Unfortunately, my mom passed in November. When it got tough, and when we needed the best care, Rosa did just that. She called doctors, coordinated home health and palliative care, and worked hard calling and pushing for medications, appointments and anything medical related. She took a ton of work off my plate during a very stressful time. All the way until the end, she cared for her in a loving way and kept her dignity in mind at all times. I can't recommmend her enough and your family will be in great hands with Rosa.
