Misrepresentation. “Bait and switch” When we met the first time at my house (1800 sq ft) she told me she charged $25 an hour, we were going to do cleaning and cooking. The first cleaning and cooking invoice I received $160 for nearly 6 hours cleaning, which should have been $150. I paid it because she did a good job. Then she brought a friend on, with permission which was fine but then it went to $180 when I questioned the cost, and the last time she was here did not clean or vacuum the floors or clean the mirrors she “full house cleaning is $180” there was no discussion. The whole reason I wanted someone to help me with cleaning is to do the cleaning that I am not able to do or don’t want to do, so a full house cleaning isn’t necessarily what I needed and I thought I had explained that. I leave a list of things I want done specifically. She cleaned a total of 4 times for me and the service just went down each time for more money.
