About Rory

Hi! My name is Rory and I am a graduate student at NIU in School Psychology. Before earning my Master's Degree last December, I have worked with children for over 10 years beginning as a babysitter and nanny, then as a Master Water Safety instructor at a swim school, an Early Childhood Educator at a child care center, a Day Camp Counselor at a summer camp, and most recently, as a practicum student in K-5 and middle schools in Rockford and Naperville. I am passionate about working with kids of all ages and love watching them play, learn, and explore. I have specialized training in child development, behavior, and psychology, which I am eager to meaningfully apply to care for your children this summer before I begin an internship at a middle school in the fall.
