My love for caregiving started at 13, watching a 17-year-old girl connect with me in a way she didn't with others. That moment shaped everything since. I've spent 10 years as an Educational Assistant with kids ages 3-21, and I'm a mom myself -- I understand both the logistics and the heart of childcare. I show up fully for every kid: patient, present, and genuinely interested in who they are. My training includes Crisis Intervention, Safety Care, Ukuru, and Behavioral Technician training, plus my Montessori certification (ages 3-6), completing this May. I'm especially comfortable with kids who need extra patience, but I love working with all kids. I am kind, compassionate, patient, and motivating. If your child needs someone who will truly see and hear them, I'd love to connect.
