About Rorry

My passion for special needs care started at 13, when I cared for a 17-year-old girl on the autism spectrum who connected with me like she didn't with others. That experience never left me. I've spent 10 years as an Educational Assistant working with children ages 3-21, and I'm a mom to a son with ADHD. I specialize in the children others find most challenging - the kids who feel misunderstood or overlooked are exactly who I show up for. My training includes Crisis Intervention, Safety Care, Ukuru, and Behavioral Technician training. I'm also completing my Montessori certification for ages 3-6 this May.
