We interviewed Roopdai over the summer to care for our 6 year old son with special needs. She was on time and very sweet. After the interview, she agreed to come run some errands with me and my son, came to our home afterward, and invited us in to her home as well, all so that my son could be comfortable with her. We ended up choosing a different caretaker who had more experience with special needs children but would have hired Roopdai otherwise.
