Roopa has been nannying my 2.5 year old daughter since January of 2023, so almost a year now, for 20+ hours a week. We’ve started at a Waldorf school a few days a week now that my daughter is older, but I try to have Roopa back once a week or so just because my daughter and her are so close! I really struggled trusting anyone enough to step away to work, but Roopa’s very genuine warmth and tender heart made it easier. Whenever I come home and listen in, it’s all dance parties, hysterical giggles and non stop playing. Roopa is gentle, positive, very emotionally responsive to young children, super fun, and responsible. She has become a part of our family and support system and she cares for my daughter like her own family. She’s also punctual, and often arrives early. We are sad to be seeing her less but she will make a very valuable addition to any family who hires her … we love you, Roopa!
