About Ronnishia

I have always had a passion for caring for children and supporting their growth and development. As an aunt to 10 nieces and nephews, I have been very involved in helping them learn and reach important milestones, from counting and developing fine motor skills to building confidence and independence. Along with my personal experience, I have worked professionally as an Assistant Teacher at L&L Academy in Lake View for a year and a half, as well as at Small Strides Academy for one year. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children to learn and grow. I truly enjoy being a source of care and support for both children and parents, and I take pride in helping lighten the load for families whenever I can. My patience, compassion, and hands-on experience make me passionate about continuing to work in early childhood development and childcare.
