Although Ron only worked for my parents for a few months- he was extremely attentive, skilled and compassionate. He has a quiet presence but is very attentive to the needs. He would prompt my dad to get up or go to the bathroom- if he had been sitting too long- anticipating needs before an accident happened. I was also super impressed that after my dad was moved to a facility- he texted to check in with my mom to be sure she was doing ok. Just a wonderful person and caregiver.
