My background includes hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also skilled in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have a college degree in Healthcare Management and am certified in CPR and First Aid, AED and Infant life-saving techniques . I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I have 25 years of homecare/hospice care including private care, I take care of my mother as well and also took care of my grandmother before she passed away. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I provide verbal updates and written reports. I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
