About Romia

Hi families! I have over two years of professional experience working with children and supporting their emotional, behavioral, and social development. My background in behavioral and mental health has taught me how to build strong connections with children, encourage positive behaviors, and create a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive. I am currently a graduate student in Astate's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and am pursuing training toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, which has deepened my understanding of child development and the importance of learning through play. While my class and internship schedule may vary at times, I am committed to maintaining clear communication and providing dependable, compassionate care. I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported, and I look forward to bringing that same level of care and dedication to your family!
