I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history. I offer transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I follow the family's preferred communication method. Speaking both Chinese and English, I am friendly and approachable.
