Hello! My name is Romaly! I just moved here in Midlothian and looking for a new family to work for here ! I been doing health care for over a year and I been a CNA for 4 years working with experience on long term care, dementia care, home health care, assisted living, etc. I am a compassionate and reliable CNA I provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents with health needs, assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, supporting mobility, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. My communication skills allow me to build trusting relationships with both residents and their families. I am patient, attentive, and adaptable, always putting the well-being and comfort of those I care for at the center of everything I do.
