About Romaly

Hello! My name is Romaly and I'm also working with an other CNA name Madison. We are compassionate and reliable CNA with experience working in nursing home settings, including in the dementia unit. I provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents with health needs, assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, supporting mobility, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. My communication skills allow me to build trusting relationships with both residents and their families. We are patient, attentive, and adaptable, always putting the well-being and comfort of those I care for at the center of everything I do. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered care. In addition to my healthcare work, I'm currently in the process of starting a business with a close friend with home healthcare. We're both excited to be working hard together toward building something meaningful and successful, while continuing to support ourselves through our careers.
