About Roma

Empowering students to master complex business concepts is my primary passion. With six years of experience and a graduate degree, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I create a supportive, patient environment where I adapt my teaching strategies--ranging from visual aids to hands-on discussions--to fit your unique needs. By connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating your small wins, I help you develop the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I believe open communication is essential to building the trust required for us to reach your academic goals together. Nothing brings me more joy than watching a student's confidence soar as they master a new skill. I truly look forward to partnering with you to unlock your full potential and make your learning journey an enjoyable, rewarding experience.
