Hello! My name is Rodlyn. I am a compassionate caregiver with 5 years of experience supporting adults with physical and developmental disabilities. My background includes medication management, implementing individualized care programs, coordinating and attending medical appointments, grocery and essential needs shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing clear written and verbal shift-change reports. Patience and empathy guide everything I do, and I'm passionate about caring for individuals who need support advocating & caring for themselves. I also help care for my 84-year-old grandmother, and I bring that same level of respect and compassion to every family I serve. With completed Nursing Assistant training and a genuine commitment to dignity, comfort, and safety, I will provide heartfelt care for your loved one as if they were my own.
