About Roddy

Certified Dementia Practitioner, certified in Alzheimer's Rehabilitation Training, and am CPR certified. Seeking a position where I can help make a difference in someone's life. Most of my experience is working with high-net-worth individuals in their homes. Providing care, maintaining dignity, and stimulating cognition, are the focus of my approach to care giving. As a teacher, I have spent a great deal of time with students both young and older and truly enjoy spending time with those that need help. The elderly are very similar to toddlers, as they require a lot of patience, care, love, and attention. I pride myself in having these qualities and being able to enrich others' lives with my services and companionship. I have worked with cancer patients in the past and have found the work to be truly rewarding. In the last 18 years, I have worked with seniors who have dementia and pride myself in improving their quality of life and bringing a smile to their faces.
