About Roddy

I am a professional classically-trained chef/house manager that is available to prepare meals, run errands, and help out with tasks that you may not have the time to do. I have worked with children in elementary, middle, and high school teaching Culinary Arts, have managed a staff of 145, worked with timelines and deadlines and am able to coordinate many projects at once. Growing up, I spent a great deal of time in Italy studying culinary arts, organic farming, and the art of preparing unadulterated food. Currently, I work with clients with special dietary restrictions and allergies; both young and old. My goal is to make your life easier and take care of all of your household tasks, and in return, you will have time to focus on the important things in life.
