Growing up, I spent a great deal of time in Italy studying culinary arts, organic farming, and the art of preparing unadulterated food. Currently, I work with clients with special dietary restrictions and allergies; both young and old. Roddy has been an incredible addition to our family. We have 3 older kids - 12, 14 and 16 so we don't need a traditional babysitter but we do need an adult in the house, driving help and meal support. Roddy has been the perfect solution. He's a personal chef and his food is delicious. He does all of the planning, shopping, cooking and clean up. We went from meals being scattered chaos and a big stress point, to meals becoming enjoyable family time the 3 nights a week that he is with us. It's been pretty transformative for us actually.
