I am currently a personal trainer, working mostly with seniors 70 and older. I tailor programs to focus on balance, coordination, fall prevention and strength. I am looking to provide reliable care, including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I became a caregiver to support families and make a positive impact.
