About Rocio

Rocio was our nanny for our 5-year-old daughter with autism during the 2025–2026 school year. Our daughter requires consistent 1:1 care, and it was extremely important for us to find someone who not only understood autism but could also effectively work alongside our in-home ABA therapist. We had challenges with previous nannies who struggled to understand or follow ABA therapy guidelines, but that was absolutely not the case with Rocio. From the beginning, she demonstrated a strong understanding of our daughter’s ABA program and consistently implemented therapy goals to support her progress. Rocio quickly built a nurturing, trusting relationship with our daughter, which made a significant difference in her development. During tantrums and difficult transitions, Rocio remained calm, patient, and reassuring, always helping our daughter regulate and get back on track. She is professional, trustworthy, adaptable, and truly dedicated to the children in her care. We are incredibly grateful for everything Rocio has done for our daughter and would highly recommend her to any family, especially those seeking experienced and compassionate care for a child with special needs.
