We had intended to hire this person after doing a phone interview. She asked to reschedule the first time she was supposed to be coming over and we accommodated her and rescheduled for the next week but the second time she just no called/no showed and didn't respond to my texts asking where she was until 2 hours later. Definitely not dependable and we would not hire her now.
