Arrived late by 30min at first job. We ended up cleaning after they left because they overlooked whole areas. They were then arriving 1.5 hours late the second time before I canceled on them. I still needed the cleaning, but I need someone reliable because I am budgeting this into my schedule. Otherwise, very sweet lady. She is willing to negotiate fairly. If you hire, be fair to yourself too.
