I am going to start at Olympic College in the fall with a goal to earn a degree in social work and I would love to have a job as a part time or before/after school nanny. I will be coming home from an Au pair job in Finland in September. I love to be around children and watch them grow and learn. I have been the main babysitter for my eight nieces and nephews since I was 12. Last year I took care of kids from 2 different families a few days a week, one of the families had a baby and I watched his 5 and 7 yo brother and sister after school occasionally. For the other family I watched a 3, 5, and 8-year-old in the mornings. I will also be teaching some piano lessons when I return home. I love to go for walks, hikes, bike rides, and being outdoors in general. I love animals and my family has had tons of pets/ farm animals over the years including our 2 horses.
